Several major studies and social psychology concepts were discussed throughout this chapter. If a local church asked you to present three research studies or concepts from this chapter as part of a “Psychology and Christian Life Seminar,” which three would you pick and why? STRENGTHSQUEST REFLECTION PAPERIntroduction:The StrengthsQuest assessment is something that I believe every individual should take, especially before seeking employment. It is definitely a great tool not only for the potential employer but potential employee as well. I found this to be a very interesting and unique assessment in which I truly enjoyed. My assessment revealed that my strength insights are responsibility, belief, connectedness, relator and context. To investigate a bit further I interviewed three individuals who seem to know me pretty well. The fellow people I interviewedwere my former supervisor Thomas, my husband Bruce and daughter Amayah.First Interviewee:According to Thomas, my former supervisor, after reading the assessment results, he concluded that the themes to really describe me were: belief, connectedness and relator. It seems that none of the results truly surprised him. He believes the belief theme is the one that describes me the most because I have values and I am very principled.
